Regular Entry will close on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 20:00.

Late Fee of $200.00 will be charged after October 2. Late fee of $400.00 will apply after October 16.

Entrants who withdraw their entry no later than October 16, 2008 at 20:00 will receive a refund of Entry Fee minus $100.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS after Thursday, October 16, 20:00.

Entry will close on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at 20:00.

This all gravel rally will be conducted in conformance to the FIA General Prescriptions available at www.fia.com, the Regulations of the United States Rally Championship available at www.usrallychampionship.com, the Regulations of the New York Rally Championship available at www.RallyNewYork.com and the event Supplementary Regulations available at www.RallyNewYork.com. All these documents are also available from the Secretary of the Rally.

  2. Once you have hit the "Enter the Rally" button at the end you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your entry form.
  3. Make a payment via Paypal or send a check to the Registrar, above.
  4. Within 24 hours of us receiving the payment for your entry you should receive an e-mail confirming your entry from the Registrar. NOTE: WITHOUT PAYMENT YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE VALID.
